What’s included

AI narration of your book (Google Gemini voices): choice of voice and reading style, a pronunciation dictionary, a fragment editor with re-narration, MP3 downloads and storage of the book on the site for 30 days.

How payment works

• You pay in advance by topping up your balance. 1 credit = 1 Russian rouble (₽).
• Narration is charged by actual volume: the longer the text, the more it costs. The price depends on the speech synthesis provider’s rates and includes fees and taxes.
• Before narration starts, you see the estimated cost. This amount is reserved on your balance; you are charged the actual cost and the rest is returned.
• Fragments that failed to narrate due to an error are not charged.
• Re-narrating a fragment is charged as a new narration.

Storage

Uploaded text and finished audio are kept for 30 days after the last action with the book (upload, narration, editing), then permanently deleted. It’s best to download finished audio right away.

Storage can be extended by another 30 days for credits per book — with the button on the book page, as long as it hasn’t been deleted.

Refund

You can get a refund of unused paid credits at any time: write to chilovegsaundtreg@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We refund within 10 days by the same method used for payment, minus the payment service fee. Bonus credits are not refunded. Details are in the terms, section 9.
